How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app. If you subscribed via the web, you can manage billing through Stripe’s customer portal. If you subscribed via iOS, manage your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

How do I invite other leaders to my organization?

Go to Settings > Team Members and enter their email address to send an invitation. They’ll receive a link to join your organization.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and select “Delete Account.” You’ll have a 7-day grace period to cancel the request. After 7 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization’s data is isolated and only accessible to its members. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What are AiSM insights?

AiSM (AI Scoutmaster) provides optional AI-generated insights about troop health, scout advancement risks, and program suggestions. All AI suggestions are clearly labeled and are never used to make automated decisions.
